I've just registered and realised that, in the words of a famous song (for those old enough), that 'This town (ah ah) is coming like a ghost town'. Not much happening at the health exchange so I wouldn't worry about your details...

Kev - when you wnat to add hyperlinks remember to use the Insert url function bottom left in the input screen. You add the link, submit, then add whatever wording you want, submit, and you are done - like this: values-exchange.com/news

Hey that's good advice. I reckon you should do ANYTHING to clear debts so that you have true independence. I think that is essential for good health.

Being interested in other people offers you new ways to view yourself. I have a good friend who is currently fighting cancer. He's still surfing! I recall what the playwright Dennis Potter said in his final interview before he was finally exhausted by the disease....something like this.....I looked out of my window this morning and the blossom had arrived.
