People with low levels of stress tend to have good physical health levels
 Does anybody know what the effects of caffeine are on weight loss? I have heard conflicting points of view. This website (http://www.teeccino.com/weightloss.aspx) says caffeine increases appetite which leads to weight loss. It also aggravates stress levels which cause many people to turn to food.

I'm looking through for the actual physical effects with regard to retaining weight.
 Anybody?
 Being interested in other people offers you new ways to view yourself. I have a good friend who is currently fighting cancer. He's still surfing! I recall what the playwright Dennis Potter said in his final interview before he was finally exhausted by the disease....something like this.....I looked out of my window this morning and the blossom had arrived. It was the blossomest, blossomest, blossom I have ever seen.
